Innovation Intensives provide clients with a unique experience using a structured framework and innovation process within a highly-creative, collaborative environment to:

• Develop insights into emerging trends and forces offering opportunity for innovation and growth
• Unleash creative thinking, generate new ideas, and adapt both in and out of industry innovations for new markets, new products, new business models and marketing innovations
• Engage in intellectual challenge and discovery to model ideas into viable business platforms and product concepts
• Test assumptions, concepts and high-potential initiatives with target markets, and develop action-frameworks to launch and manage demonstration projects and innovation initiatives
• Share successes and challenges with peer organization to accelerate diffusion and adoption of value innovations

Innovation Intensives will be held at Catalyst Ranch in Chicago, a creative studio environment to stimulate ideas, support collaboration, and make the work of innovation a productive and inspiring process. Catalyst Ranch routinely hosts industry-leading innovators such as PepsiCo, Ritz Carlton, Unilever, Wells Fargo, Whirlpool, Motorola, Kraft Foods, Xerox, SC Johnson and others.
